After each treatment, patients can resume all normal activities immediately. However, bruising, swelling, tenderness, or numbness in the treated area may last up to 2 weeks.
Afterwards, you should expect to be red and swollen, and you might be bruised. Swelling usually lasts two weeks but very rarely can last up to four weeks.
